Selective Systems installs and supplies aluminium and steel doors, windows, and related building systems (including TOSTEM-branded product lines), serving residential and commercial customers in Mumbai and its neighbouring suburbs.

4. Product Enquiries & Quotes

The Site's contact form allows you to submit enquiries about our products via your own email client. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding order, contract, or guaranteed quote — it is a request for information, and any resulting quotation, pricing, or agreement will be communicated and finalized separately (e.g., via email, phone, or in-person consultation), subject to its own terms.

Product specifications, dimensions, colors, and finishes shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the final installed product due to manufacturing tolerances, material availability, or site-specific conditions.

• Configurator (config.selectivesystems.in) — for visualizing/configuring product options

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the Site (pricing indications, specifications, availability) is complete, current, or error-free.

This section does not affect any separate written product or installation warranty provided to you as part of an actual purchase/installation agreement — those are governed by their own terms, not by this Site's Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selective Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
